Web-based Console Features

Reservationless Pro features an online room viewable only by the host. The intuitive, graphic interface simplifies conference management for the moderator. There are no command sheets to reference or numeric codes to memorize. Special icons represent each attendee: When a call participant speaks, the graphical representation of that participant’s face on-screen moves—which allows the moderator to easily identify the speaker.

Maintain Call Quality

The new technology behind Reservationless Pro eliminates common problems that may arise during a phone conference.

Bad connections: “For instance, if a line goes static, the moderator can see where the noise is originating and drop it with a mouse click. Or, if someone logs on to the call who’s not supposed to be there, they can be removed,” Kott says.

Background noise: If hold music or barking dogs interfere with a presentation, lines can easily be muted. Kott explains, “You can mute all lines but the host’s with one click, then unmute when you’re ready for a Q&A, for example.”

Keep sensitive information off the record: The start/stop feature is similar to any other audio device—a pause/play button. “If you need to say something offline, just point and click, then start again when you’re ready,” Kott says. The host can rapidly reference past recordings from the computerized console, too.

New Infinite Conferencing reservationless phone conferencing clients will automatically be placed onto Reservationless Pro’s computerized phone bridges. Existing clients may choose to stay with their current phone bridge and conference number, but may also contact their account manager to upgrade.
